Senior Software Engineer – Python / Golang – Hedge Fund

A leading hedge fund is developing a new orchestration platform and is looking for a senior software engineer to play a key role in building an enterprise workflow orchestration platform.

You will work with a large existing codebase written in Golang to continue developing the platform. This role is suitable for someone with 1-2+ years of Golang experience, who is an expert in another language such as Python, Java, or C#, and can work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments
• 1+ years of Golang experience and understanding of its applications
• Strong background in multiple major programming languages
• Financial markets experience is preferred but not required
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Degree or higher in computer science or engineering

This is a £650-750/day PAYE role based in London initially for six months.
