Job Description:

Are you a Software Engineer with experience in Travel GDS/PSS systems? If so, this might be the role for you!

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and product development who enjoys working in a team environment. The role involves working as a full-stack engineer within our teams.

Responsibilities include transforming our platform to SaaS, developing next-generation products, and enhancing our airline e-commerce marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on technical work including estimating, designing, coding, and debugging.
• Providing third-line engineering support to customers.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborating with quality and performance engineers.

Technical Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

• Essential: Airline GDS or PSS integration experience with Sabre, Amadeus, SITA, Travelport, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo, Abacus, Pegasus, TravelSky, Radixx, Navitaire, or a bespoke airline PSS/backend system, demonstrating strong knowledge of PNRs and complex flight booking structures.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Java development, Web Services, and object-oriented principles.
• Experience in developing highly available and scalable applications.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; quick learner.

Desirable: Degree in Computing or Science, understanding of Agile and Scrum, experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
