Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Manage Solutions: Design, build, and operate complex engineering solutions related to software metrics, API & batch integrations, data analytics, and business solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform.
  2. Support and Empower: Assist engineering teams with integrating COTS/SaaS applications and guide stakeholders in adopting software metrics.
  3. Innovate and Collaborate: Work with your team to develop secure, innovative software, translating customer needs into high-quality products and services.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to system and process enhancements, applying best practices and quality standards.
  5. Learning and Development: Maintain a growth mindset, experimenting with new methods to improve and solve challenges.
  6. Ownership and Guidance: Take responsibility for your work and seek mentorship to support your growth and team success.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with REST API, API/Microservice Development, Java or Python, and database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, Cloud).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform (Dataflows, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Experience with data integrations involving SonarQube, GitLab, Bitbucket, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and New Relic.
  • Strong CICD experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab, and software delivery metrics.
  • Full stack development skills: API, front-end, scripting, back-end, database.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and documentation skills.
  • Bonus: Designing and implementing AI/ML models and managing data for AI/ML algorithms.
