Job Description

We’re looking for smart, driven, and hardworking individuals to help us build the foundations of our platform. If you have 3 - 5 years of experience building full stack Typescript web applications, and are excited by the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, creating innovative, API-driven SaaS solutions, we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you'll be working as part of a team taking responsibility for continuing to develop and expand our customer-facing applications. You'll have the chance to take a lead on technical decision making, and setting a vision both for the products and the technical implementation. We work in cross-functional and cross-stack teams, so whilst you'll specialise in our Typescript stack, you'll also get a chance to work with and share knowledge with the wider development team building our Java backend core systems.

This is a hybrid role - you will be working 3 days a week in our office near Old Street.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience in a relevant role.
• Solid foundation in Typescript development, including server side technologies such as GraphQL
• Experience in designing simple, service-oriented systems with relational databases e.g. Postgres
• Experience in Typescript test frameworks e.g. Cypress, Jest, Mocha, and CI/CD e.g. Github Actions
• Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS is a plus).
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Experience or interest in Java or Kotlin development

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with infrastructure tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is helpful
• Any experience in fintech or working on API-driven SaaS products
