As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React Native), you’ll design backend services, guide React Native development for iOS and Android, mentor junior engineers, and champion testing, CI/CD and clean coding practices in a

• 5+ years' commercial experience as a software engineer.
• Strong Node.js backend development experience.
• Proven experience building React Native applications.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and document-based databases.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend services using Node.js.

• Serve as a tech lead for projects, collaborating with Product and Design to scope and deliver features.

The Opportunity: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React Native)

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React Native), you'll help build and scale mobile and backend systems that power modern card programmes and digital payment experiences. You'll work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless, customer-first technology.
