Senior Software Engineer - National Security

We are hiring for a Senior Software Engineer to join our National Security team in Manchester, UK. This role requires high-level security clearance and involves supporting government departments with critical and sensitive projects.

We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, providing bespoke software solutions for complex operational problems. Our work supports national security and national interests.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:

• Design, develop, and test software solutions
• Utilize open-source libraries and components
• Build continuous integration pipelines using tools like GitLab
• Deploy software to public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Participate in full software lifecycle activities from conception to maintenance
• Lead teams and engage with clients (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• British passport holder with at least 10 years of residence in the UK
• Ability to obtain security clearance
