Job summary

Redgate Software is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Redgate Monitor team. You will join a cross‑functional group including a Tech Lead and Product teams to evolve a mature monitoring product used worldwide.

You will lead with strong .NET/C#, contribute to architecture decisions, improve performance, mentor teammates, and champion best practices across engineering. Collaboration and customer empathy are key to success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern .NET/C# with strong software design skills.
• Experienced in scalable, secure systems and architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to write well-tested code and perform reviews.
• Experience in agile development environments and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with React and relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle).
