As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer - Android working, you'll be pivotal in defining the future of our native mobile platforms, pushing the boundaries of quality, speed, and user experience.   • Architect and build world-class native Android applications that deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for our users.Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, helping to elevate our team's capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Drive innovation by actively researching new technologies and leading the charge on implementing cutting-edge solutions for our mobile platforms.
  • Own the quality of our apps, ensuring high standards through robust testing, automation, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute across all phases of product development, from initial ideation and design to user testing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic squad, helping to define the technology roadmap and uphold principles of quality, stable, and supportable software.
  • Lead initiatives within our Mobile Guild, sharing your expertise and continuously improving our collective approach to mobile development.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Senior level experience in native mobile development, with a strong focus on Android (Kotlin or Java) and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
  • A proven ability to design and deliver large features independently, contributing to architectural discussions and decisions.
  • A natural talent for mentorship and a desire to help others grow their technical skills and confidence.
  • An unwavering commitment to quality, with an eye for detail that ensures our apps are fast, reliable, and delightful to use.
  • A highly collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable with self-directed work in a fast-moving Agile environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for innovative ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver great software with care and precision.
