Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex technical environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, provide briefings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to or leading projects and teams in demanding operational or engineering environments.
- Collaborative approach thriving in multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and analyse operational data; produce status reports.
- Investigate and respond to system anomalies to maintain mission readiness.
- Develop and implement software, scripts and process improvements for performance gains.
- Support system reconfigurations, mode changes and non-routine operations.
- Review and improve SOPs, technical documentation and redundancy processes.
