Role: Senior Software Engineer (AI product)

n.b - most of the engineering team didn't know RoR before joining, so no worries if you don't - willingness to learn is key though

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £120k + strong equity

Their product is excellent, but they now aim to modernise and stay ahead of the curve. They are seeking a strong Software Engineer with a passion for AI to help them on this journey. You could be an LLM expert, have scaled AI products, or created personal projects — your passion for Gen AI is what matters most.

In this role, you'll work alongside the CTO to build out three core features and iterate new ideas for integrating AI within the product. Additionally, you'll act as an evangelist for AI across the business, exploring ways to enhance best practices.

This role will involve engaging with various stakeholders across the company, so strong people skills are highly beneficial.
