Job summary

Naimuri is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of large, complex features that directly support our mission to improve safety in the UK. You will own solutions from design to delivery, mentor engineers, and shape technical roadmaps while collaborating with product owners and customers.

You’ll work in an Agile, hybrid environment with strong emphasis on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement, including occasional travel to client sites across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading development of large, complex features from design to delivery.
• Ability to mentor engineers and improve team standards for quality and documentation.
• Strong collaboration with product owners, customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of large, complex features from initial design to final delivery.
• Be an SME champion, guiding technical debates and solving complex defects.
• Enable your team by onboarding new members, removing blockers and improving efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and raise standards for quality and documentation.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and partner with customers on opportunities.
