The ideal candidate has deep software engineering expertise across multiple projects, hands-on coding in Ada, C#, and C++, and proven team leadership. Experience with cost reporting is desirable.

Qualifications

• Deep technical software engineering knowledge across multiple projects.
• Team leadership experience is required.
• Experience managing costs is desirable; large multi-project environment preferred.
• Background in software product development and/or delivery.
• Experience with Ada, C#, and C++ is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to develop and commission software engineering work products and artefacts across the software engineering life cycle.
• Take responsibility for designing, coding, analysing, and verifying software components of the product.
• Provide technical leadership to team members and oversight for software components or small sub-systems.
• Define and capture the design of software components to meet identified requirements using appropriate design standards and principles.
• Maintain design artefacts and account for changes following software and/or system release.
• Review and analyse software work products to ensure the software is robust and efficient.
