Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to join a major global consulting and digital transformation organisation. This role offers mostly remote work with occasional travel to client sites across the UK.

You will work on complex, high-visibility projects using Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, Node.js, React, microservices, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies,

Competenze

• 5 years commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building microservices with Java (Spring Boot).
• Solid Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Comfortable working in an agile delivery environment.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred) or SQL such as PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and engineering best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major global consulting and digital transformation organisation, recognised for delivering large-scale solutions across some of the UK’s most influential sectors. Their teams partner with government departments, financial services institutions, energy companies, major retailers, and other household-name enterprises to modernise services used by millions.

Salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 & £4k bonus.

The role will be mostly remote with very occasional office travel to client sites (likely to be 1/2x per month) to either London, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, or Glasgow. You will be able to pick a location nearest to you.

As a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work on complex, high-visibility projects—building modern, scalable digital products that drive real business change. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, Node.js, React, microservices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
