Qualifications

• Proven experience in a user-facing product team.
• Hands-on experience in TDD and tools like Jest.
• Willingness to work across boundaries and across the stack when needed.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering learning.
• Angular and/or Java are a bonus, not a requirement.
• Curious about how users interact with live applications and improving performance.
