Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, user-friendly front-end applications that improve onboarding and product adoption experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in React, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies.
• Contribute to front-end architecture and design decisions that support long-term scalability and performance.
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team, helping raise the technical bar.
• Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags) to validate impact and guide product decisions.
• Continuously look for ways to improve usability, accessibility, and performance in the customer experience.
• Have strong experience building front-end applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where experimentation drives learning.
• Understand how to build for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Have experience working with APIs and collaborating with back-end engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Are proactive collaborators who enjoy working closely with cross-functional partners (Product, UX, Data).
