What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development of diverse products — from customer account portals to workflow management tools.
• Shape and own software solutions, leading agile, DevOps-focused squads.
• Mentor, coach and line-manage junior engineers — building a high-performing team.
• Create high-quality, robust code using a modern tech stack: AWS, Terraform, TypeScript, Python, React, NoSQL, automated testing and more.
• Ensure best-in-class CI/CD using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and testing tools like Jest, pytest, Cypress, and Playwright.

Pay, benefits and culture

Alongside a starting salary from £75,000 (DOE), potential to earn 5% bonus, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme, we offer a range of flexible benefits to support our people across all aspects of their lives.

The team is based in Exeter, therefore you will be required to come into the Exeter office once a month.
