Job Description:

About the role

You will be focusing on enhancing and developing new frontend experiences, enabling customers to manage their accounts and access our customer portal for service management.

Expertise in React, a strong grasp of backend/server-side technologies, and a solid understanding of security principles are essential for this role.

What you’ll do:

  1. Develop Customer Account Management UIs: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for managing customer accounts on our web platform and mobile application.

  2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of visual and functional elements.

  3. Ensure Security and Best Practices: Employ Front End security best practices to protect customer accounts, leveraging team tools and third-party authentication providers.
  4. Collaborate across UW teams and the Security team to conduct regular security assessments and stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

  5. Build and Maintain Internal Tools: Create and maintain internal tools to empower our Customer Service agents in managing customer accounts efficiently.
  6. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  7. Collaborate with the UW Front End community to implement best practices in building front ends.
