Job summary
One Big Circle is seeking Software Engineers (mid to senior) to join our Bristol-based team. You will work across embedded, cloud, and ML-oriented projects, contributing to our AIVR platform and other video/IoT solutions.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours over five days, with a salary range depending on experience. The team values high-quality technical delivery and fast-paced execution, with opportunities to grow into leadership and broader system ownership across devices, cloud, and ML
Qualifications
- Experience with embedded Linux environments and device software development.
- Proficient in C++ and Python for systems software.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) and CI/CD workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software across devices and cloud platforms.
- Contribute to system design and technical decisions within the team.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to achieve system integration.
- Take ownership of features or technical areas appropriate to experience.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in in-service systems and data.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Support continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.
