London-based, global trading and investment firm/fintech are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join and lead a growing technology team. The ideal candidate will influence high-class trading technology teams and gain market-leading exposure from both engineering and business perspectives. Engineering teams are empowered to be a major part of investment strategies, with technology playing a crucial role in shaping future trading activities. Engineers are regarded as vital as those at the forefront of trade execution.

This position is full stack with a bias towards back-end development. Your role will involve managing and developing the global platform and applications. There are many greenfield projects, and you will have the opportunity to lead a small, globally dispersed team.

Ideal skills include:

• Full stack engineering experience, with strong back-end and front-end skills
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java
