Senior Software Engineer - DV Clearance | Gloucester | £60k-£80k

They deliver advanced innovation across Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities, undersea systems, sensors, radar systems, command and control, combat simulation, and training.

As a Software Engineer with DV Clearance, you'll play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge DevSecOps software systems and applications. You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and safeguarding digital infrastructures in the UK.

Skills and Experience required:

1. Must have Current Security Clearance at DV level and have been born in the UK. This is essential for this role
2. Proficient in current Java and other languages such as Python.
3. Experience of developing on Linux.
4. Thorough understanding of mocking up and unit testing frameworks such as JUnit 5.x (Jupiter).
5. Experienced with Git version control.
6. Knowledge of Agile Development using SCRUM.
7. Experience in mentoring junior team members
8. Experience in Oracle/ Relational Databases and/or Mongo
9. Experience in GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
10. Knowledge of Apache NiFi
11. Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript & React
12. Experience of Elasticsearch and Kibana
13. Knowledge of Hibernate
14. Proficiency in the use of Atlassian Suite - Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
