An experienced Senior Software Engineer is needed to join our FinTech client, which is innovating within the Financial Services sector as the industry embraces more mobile and remote working.

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team of developers, collaborating with designers, analysts, and testers to create, maintain, and enhance systems that meet client needs, utilizing leading technologies, and mentoring junior developers.

You will tackle complex problems and contribute innovative ideas.

This role offers the chance to work on a new platform from scratch, addressing challenging problems with your expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and front-end tools like React/Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

The Senior Software Engineer position offers a salary of up to £95,000 plus benefits.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of full-stack software engineering experience, with key skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, Front End Development, Azure, JavaScript.
• A BSc Degree in Computer Science.
• Strong mathematical skills and interest or experience in FinTech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor junior developers.
• Eager to learn new technologies and tackle new challenges.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player thriving in fast-paced environments.
