We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and advance our technology and your career! Test Software UK collaborates across Electronic Engineering, our Test Centre of Excellence, and Software Engineering to deliver the MBDA UK test capability.

Our mission is to facilitate robust and timely testing of missile systems, ensuring MBDA continues to provide decisive military capabilities for our home nations and allies. Our work influences product certification, manufacturing, and support activities, focusing on developing software that utilises Test Equipment hardware to configure, verify, and validate our products from development through field testing.

We are a multi-disciplined, dynamic, and agile team specializing in test solution design, including software, hardware, simulation, and real-time systems.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong ability to write software in C, C++, or ADA, with a motivation to develop reliable, high-performance, standardized, and documented software.
• Excellent analytical and design skills, including review and critical analysis.
• A 'can-do' attitude with flexibility to solve technical problems beyond software boundaries.
• Keen to work on mission-critical, time-sensitive products.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders across Systems Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, and Test & Validation teams.
