I’m supporting a FinTech AI Product Company who are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their FULLY REMOTE engineering team!

This is a tech-driven product company emphasizing engineering excellence, innovation, and building impactful solutions.

They’re solving complex problems in FinTech + AI, and as a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product and technology.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and be involved in:

• Defining architecture and making key technical decisions
• Leading project delivery and mentoring engineers
• Building greenfield features addressing real-world problems
• Driving quality and innovation

What They’re Looking For:

• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and an interest in AI (GenAI a plus!)
• Bonus for experience with backend languages like Go, Elixir, Clojure, Ruby, C++, Haskell, Scala, etc. - even more if you have code samples
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong decision-making skills and passion for quality software
• Experience in FinTech or AI is a significant plus
