Job summary

Sanity is hiring a senior engineer for Content Agent, the operations layer that powers structured content. You’ll do full-stack product work in TypeScript and React, build MCP tools, and refine agent orchestration and system prompts in a production-ready environment.

You’ll focus on reliability for real users, designing evals and experiments, and shaping Content Agent with close collaboration with product and design.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-based systems in production.
• Strong TypeScript and React across the stack.
• Comfort with probabilistic systems and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack product work: React interfaces in Dashboards, APIs, backend services.
• MCP tools and integrations that extend agent capabilities.
• Agent loops: orchestration logic and human escalation.
• System prompts treated as engineering artifacts.
• Evals and experiments to measure and improve reliability.
• GROQ usage to deepen agent understanding of content.
• Shape Content Agent through collaboration with product and design.
