Attest is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Measure squad in Greater London. You will work across frontend, backend and data visualisation to scale our quantitative survey platform, including AI-powered features like Compass.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design and Data Science, mentor engineers and shape technical direction while delivering robust, scalable systems. The role emphasizes a hybrid work model and impact over perfection.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend and backend experience across full stack.
• Experience with VueJS, TypeScript and OpenAPI.
• Backend with Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Experience with AI-native development practices.
• Ability to mentor engineers and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact technical initiatives across the Measure product.
• Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery.
• Build frontend in VueJS/TypeScript and backend in Java/Python.
• Use OpenAPI to integrate survey and insights services.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and drive quality.
• Work AI-natively to accelerate delivery.
