I am supporting a FinTech AI Product Company that is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with the CTO, influencing product direction, supporting key technical decisions, architecture, project delivery, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

• Deep experience with Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, and GenAI. Experience with other backend languages such as Go, Elixir, Clojure, Ruby, C++, Haskell is a plus.
• Proven leadership in project and team management in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Ability to define technical decisions and architecture alongside the CTO.
• Strong decision-making skills and a passion for engineering excellence.
• Experience in fintech or AI is highly advantageous.
