Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents in production or personal projects.
• Full-stack engineering with a frontend bias using TypeScript and Vue.js.
• 3+ years building and scaling web applications.
• Strong product judgment and ability to own ambiguous problems.
• Experience defining success metrics and iterating based on data.
• Experience engaging with customers to validate problems.
• Strong software architecture, design principles, and API development.
• Clear communication and ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• AI-powered feature delivery across the full stack with high quality and usability.
• Own delivery across frontend and backend with a bias to TypeScript and Vue.js.
• Participate in product discovery, shaping scope and directions with customers.
• Define success metrics and use data to drive iterations.
• Leverage AI coding tools as part of daily workflow with strong governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design and engineers to ship.
• Promote engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.
