Job summary

Ripple is hiring to design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs powering the Cash Forecasting platform. You’ll work on a multi-tenant SaaS codebase with a strong emphasis on PostgreSQL and data integrity, while occasionally contributing to frontend tasks using React.

The role requires deep Ruby/Rails or similar stack experience and applies to enterprise-scale finance solutions. The team values testing (RSpec), automation, observability, and collaboration with product, design, and other

Qualifications

Strong SQL fundamentals and PostgreSQL experience.
Automation scripting and tooling capabilities.
Docker experience and AWS familiarity.
Git proficiency and collaborative workflows.
Proficiency in at least one major language (Ruby, Python, or Java).
Experience with AI tools to speed up delivery.
RSpec testing experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for the Cash Forecasting platform, with frontend work when needed.
Work within a multi-tenant SaaS codebase, ensuring scalability across enterprise data.
Own data layer, schema design, and query performance focusing on PostgreSQL.
Write and maintain thorough test coverage using RSpec.
