Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

• Expertise: Deep experience with Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, and GenAI + Any experience with any other backend languages: Go, Elixir, Clojure, Ruby, C++, Haskell etc.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Vision: Strong decision-making skills and a passion for driving excellence.
