Overview

Senior Software Engineer (£70k + benefits) – great opportunity for Software Engineers to work for a tech start-up in Manchester going through a period of growth ahead of seeking Series-B investment early next year.

You'd join a small engineering department and work within a cross functional product-based team responsible for building cloud-native, serverless systems in a collaborative DevOps environment.

The teams are responsible for all aspects of the product they work on, from ideation through to deployment and maintenance, and they value teamwork over individual heroics, so focus on engineering best practice like TDD, SOLID and Pair Programming.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’d also have the opportunity to mentor other team members and collaborate with product managers.

Responsibilities
  • Join a small engineering department and work within a cross functional product-based team.
  • Build cloud-native, serverless systems in a collaborative DevOps environment.

  • Maintain focus on engineering best practices such as TDD, SOLID principles, and pair programming.
