HireQ Talent in Portsmouth is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and scale software used internationally. You will work within a collaborative engineering team, taking ownership of initiatives from design through deployment.

You will influence architecture, lead technical discussions and partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive platform improvements. Hybrid role with US-market exposure and growth opportunities.

The Role
