Job description

Full-Stack .NET Developer – Hybrid (Newcastle/Barnsley) – Up to £55K

Ecom Recruitment is working with a fast-growing tech company seeking an experienced Full-Stack .NET Developer. This role is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote) based in Newcastle or Barnsley. We are looking for developers confident across the full stack, with essential experience in C#/.NET and MAUI. Experience with Elastic Search is a bonus!

The Role

• Develop robust, maintainable software using C# and .NET Core
• Build cross-platform front-end features with MAUI
• (Nice to have) Work with Elastic Search and the NEST client
• Contribute to high-impact projects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and peer reviews
• Mentor team members and help shape development standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with C#/.NET (must-have)
• Proven experience with MAUI (must-have)
• Elastic Search experience (nice-to-have)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Bonus skills include Azure, Entity Framework, and DevOps pipelines. Please apply only if you have solid experience with both .NET and MAUI, as this is a full-stack role.
