ConnexAI in Manchester is seeking a senior software engineer to build real-time systems for billions of calls per year, shaping our SaaS platform with modern web technologies. You will own complex Node.js/TypeScript code, collaborate with Data Science, and contribute across the full development lifecycle, including deployment on AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL-backed services.

Qualifications

• Experience writing complex Node.js and TypeScript code.
• Understanding of Linux Systems Administration.
• Experience developing/consuming REST APIs.
• Git and Docker experience.

The role

As a key player in our development team, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital presence by building sophisticated SaaS applications. You will work on streamlining innovative and new projects while enhancing our existing architecture with the latest web technologies.

Build a system at the forefront of the conversational AI sector. You will be heavily involved with how agents interact with their customers and will build the quality assessment side of the platform that enhances customer interaction.
