We’re currently partnered with a rapidly growing AI venture backend start-up that is looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join their team.

Their application, which integrates over 50 years of research and cutting-edge AI, supports over a million users worldwide by providing personalized coaching to help young adults with relationships and confidence rebuilding.

As they prepare for Series A funding, they seek a motivated Lead Product Engineer driven by impactful products that make a positive difference.

You will join as an individual contributor (IC), helping to shape and define their engineering culture as they expand.

You’ll collaborate closely with their engineering team and Technical Engineering Manager on React Native projects, influencing the technical direction and implementing new strategies while maintaining autonomy in decision-making.

What will you be doing:

• Leading engineering projects aligned with company strategy and results
• Planning and breaking down projects to understand requirements and priorities
• Working with the team to troubleshoot complex issues affecting the platform
• Implementing best practices and contributing meaningfully
• Collaborating with design and backend teams
• Owning the React Native applications

What are they looking for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of React Native
• Experience developing and managing a broad codebase
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Good understanding of system design
