Job summary

Addition Solutions LTD is seeking a software engineer to translate complex requirements into robust, high-performance systems in a defence tech context, based in Malvern with hybrid working.

You will design, build and maintain software across the full lifecycle, work with cross-functional teams, and help test real-time systems in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C++ or Java development.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with complex or real-time systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Translate technical requirements into robust software solutions.
• Design, build and maintain high-performance systems.
• Develop new features while troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Main Skills Needed:
