What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end development (50/50 frontend/backend) of our enterprise SaaS platform.
• Build and scale features using React (TypeScript), Redux, and Sass on the frontend, and Flask (Python) with Postgres on the backend.
• Lead enterprise software deployments, working closely with customers to ensure success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-focused solutions.
• Optimize platform performance and drive modern JavaScript best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), React, and SQL databases (e.g., Postgres).
• Solid computer science fundamentals (B.S. in Computer Science preferred).
• Experience with database design and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with our tech stack: React, TypeScript, Redux, Sass, Flask, and Postgres.
