Job summary

Synamedia is seeking an embedded software engineer to design and deliver high-quality solutions for STB platforms, leveraging C/C++/Qt in a distributed, scaled Agile environment.

You will collaborate with global teams, participate in architecture discussions, and help evolve our embedded systems with modern DevOps practices, including Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience designing software to meet customer and internal requirements, including defining interfaces between software services.
• Experience working within Scaled Agile / Scrum environments, including estimation and planning.
• Experience with Set-Top Box (STB) platforms.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++/Qt in an embedded environment.
• Experience designing and working with Service‑Oriented Architectures (SOA).
• Deep understanding of embedded systems architecture and associated constraints.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, AWS, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and automation.
• University degree in relevant subject.

• Work within global locations and scaled Agile environments to drive customer-aligned projects.
