Senior Software Developer

Location: Hybrid / Bromsgrove (1 day per week)

Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Sanderson is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing financial services organisation that has successfully acquired several businesses over the past 12 months. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who will play a key role in the development and deployment of robust applications and mentoring others in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C#, .NET Core, and Azure Functions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Maintain and enhance the business's mobile application
• Identify and implement performance optimisations across systems.
• Support frontend development (React) as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and innovative software solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#, .NET and React.
• Proficiency with Azure, including DevOps and Functions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Desirable: Experience with AI, Umbraco, SharePoint, or mobile app development.
