Belfast
Symphony is an AI-powered communication and technology company fueled by interconnected platforms: messaging, voice, directory and analytics.
Our end-to-end encrypted technologies enable over 1,400 institutions to accelerate AI impact, prioritize data security, navigate complex regulatory compliance and optimize business interactions.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior SDET, Compliance to play a critical role in ensuring the quality, security, and regulatory reliability of Symphony’s compliance-driven solutions across both backend and frontend systems.
At Symphony, compliance is foundational. It means operating under strict regulatory, security, and data-governance requirements for financial institutions and other regulated industries. This includes secure call records, robust encryption, strict access controls, comprehensive audit logging, data-privacy protections (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and adherence to industry certifications and audit standards.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will design and build automated compliance validation frameworks, define and evolve compliance testing strategies, and integrate quality deeply into our development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure compliance is not an afterthought, but a built-in capability of our platform.
If you are passionate about quality engineering, automation, and building trust in mission-critical systems, we’d love to hear from you.
You will help ensure that Symphony’s platform remains trusted by the world’s largest financial institutions, enabling secure, compliant communication in the most demanding regulatory environments.
