Role Details:

Position: Senior Software Developer

Location: Remote

Salary: £100,000 (pay range provided by Tenth Revolution Group; actual salary based on skills and experience)

Type: Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Equity

Technologies & Responsibilities:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation)
• Tools: CI/CD, Serverless Framework, Docker

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning features end-to-end across the full stack
• Collaborating with product managers and AI engineers to develop intelligent user-facing features
• Writing clean, maintainable code in a modern TypeScript/React/Node environment
• Scaling a platform with significant growth ambitions
• Participating in architectural decisions and establishing best practices
• Mentoring junior engineers

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS
• Product-minded with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML teams or product-led organizations
