We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Senior Software Developer in the Software Development Team. At Karbon Homes, our passionate software team help shape digital solutions that directly improve lives - supporting Karbon Homes' mission to provide safe, affordable housing and stronger communities.
About the role
Join Karbon Homes as Senior Software Developer on our ICT & Digital Transformation leadership team. You'll architect and deliver secure, scalable solutions-coding in TypeScript and optimising relational databases (MySQL or Microsoft SQL or Progress OpenEdge). Lead a skilled dev team, shape technical direction and collaborate across ICT and with external partners. As mentor and coach, you'll embed agile best practices and drive our technology roadmap, all while championing Karbon's values of trust, inclusion and excellence.
