We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to support our ongoing work with EDI messaging. This role involves developing a clear understanding of how our existing IBM B2B platform is configured and operates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse the routing of EDI messages from mailboxes into CNS Compass
• Collaborate with IT Operations to understand platform behaviour
• Ensure developer tooling is in place for effective integration analysis
• Review and refine existing integration maps for various EDI message types
• Document clear, prioritised mapping specifications based on CNS defined priorities
• Work closely with integration counterparts to ensure alignment with specifications
• Support a smooth transition to Boomi EDI integrations

What you will bring:

• Experience with IBM B2B Integrator (Sterling B2Bi): understanding of platform configuration, message routing, and integration flows
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and formats (.EDIFACT)
• Experience analysing and documenting message transformations, mapping logic, and data flows
• Proficiency in setting up local development environments and tooling
• Familiarity with Boomi or similar platforms for integration
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to produce detailed technical specifications and mapping documents
• Hands-on experience with XML and JSON data transformation technologies
• Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain environments (preferred)

• A full valid UK driving licence or international equivalent

• Meeting health and safety requirements, including weight, height, blood pressure, and hearing assessments
