Senior Software Developer

• Salary up to £65k
• Hybrid role - 2 days per week on-site in Warwick

Based on the outskirts of Warwick, we are a well-established software house that has received significant client wins. We are now looking for senior developers to join our team.

We are a small but highly skilled team working on several greenfield projects. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality and service to our clients. Our long-standing presence in the area includes a client base with some major names.

Responsibilities

• Perform problem solving and address production issues.
• Translate high-level business requirements into software solutions.
• Stay updated with new technologies and suggest suitable implementations for current and future projects.
• Communicate regularly with company Directors, demonstrating clear communication skills.
• Help set and contribute to team standards, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Participate in deployment pipeline configurations using Azure DevOps, including builds and branching.
• Engage in peer reviews to maintain high standards across projects.
