Full Time / 37.50 hours per week / Hybrid – Some travel required to our Northampton or London offices
Salary From: £ 60k per annum

The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering complex systems within large digital transformation programs, driving modernization efforts across legacy platforms, and fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to lead by example—writing clean, efficient code, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle. Experience with Microsoft technologies is essential, and familiarity with Azure-based application development and integration will be a significant advantage as we continue to expand our cloud capabilities.
