The Operations Solutions team delivers software solutions used throughout the manufacturing organization, targeting the industrialization and production management of HID products.

As a senior member of the Process and Application Industrialization team, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining operations solutions for our production lines, including hardware industrialization and credential profile development.

As our Senior Software Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to implement industrial solutions on platform.
• Participate in design, development, validation, and documentation cycles.
• Identify solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
• Migrate legacy tools to standardized platforms.
• Maintain security standards.
• Coordinate with IT for infrastructure setup.
• Follow architectural and process guidelines.
• Provide support to manufacturing teams.
• Meet software enhancement deadlines.
• Travel up to 25%, including international travel; must possess or obtain a valid passport.

Preferred background:

• Strong organizational skills in dynamic environments.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in software and solution development, preferably in industrial applications.
• Strong C# experience (minimum 3 years), with .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JSON, XML skills.
• Knowledge of electronic design, communication interfaces (JTAG, SWD, UART, SPI, I2C), cryptography, RFID standards (ISO7816, ISO14443, ISO15693), Agile/SCRUM is a plus.
