Job Description

This front-office facing role within Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS) involves developing applications for the Counterparty Risk Trading desk within the RAMPP (Risk, Analytics, Modelling, Pricing & Processing) organization. The candidate will enhance the existing Pricing System, XIP2, and participate in strategic development for pricing infrastructure. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to collaborate with trading, quant, and support groups. Starting mid-September 2025, employees are expected to work in-office with some flexibility for remote work up to one day per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders (Trading and Quants)
  • Contributing to enterprise initiatives on emerging technologies in cloud environments
  • Developing code aligned with FIC IT architecture
  • Providing second-level technical support
  • Managing build and deployment cycles for the AIS platform
  • Engaging with T&O, DevOps, QA, and Support teams during SDLC stages

Qualifications for success:

Must-have:

  • Strong experience with VBA and Excel-based pricing tools
  • Experience integrating pricing tools with enterprise systems
  • Experience with Python or microservices setup
  • Agile team experience and familiarity with change management
  • Ability to liaise effectively with traders, Quants, middle office, and IT
  • Motivated, proactive, and effective within a global team
  • Good communication skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with version control software like Github
