The company is in health-tech and produces apps used by patients as part of a guided programme developed by medical professionals. Their tech stack includes Rust, Python, Django, TypeScript, and SolidJS. They also use compiler technology for an integral DSL.
- Back-end skills: Good server-side skills using Python and Django; candidates with similar skills in other languages are also considered.
- Programming experience: Experience with multiple programming languages and web frameworks/libraries, with your own views on their levels of opinionation.
- Web application development: Experience developing large-scale production web applications serving many users.
- User-focused mindset: Attention to usability, aesthetics, and iterative design, influencing front-end development interests.
- Teamwork: Interest in working within a multi-skilled team on diverse technical areas.
Additional experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android), startups, healthcare, WebRTC, Rust, compiler tech, or DSLs is a plus.
