Senior Software Designer

The Role

We are hiring for a Senior Software Designer to join Nothing’s Innovation team, a small group of passionate designers, engineers, and UX researchers ideating on the future of how we will live with technology.

Expectations

You have a strong eye for design and are comfortable with crafting a new visual language rather than abiding to existing ones. You stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and are comfortable with working with developers on the cutting edge of where design and technology intersect. Your natural instinct is to move quickly away from ideas to tangible prototypes in order to validate and test new ideas.

This role is ever changing and will require you to be flexible, open-minded, and output driven with a strong sense of ownership. We are strong believers that at the end of the day, execution makes better market impact.

Requirements

• Proficient in human-centred design processes and interaction design principles
• Expertise in modern software design tools, such as Figma
• Excellent visual design skills and an eye for aesthetics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset that can adapt to changing environments and multiple overlapping projects

Bonus:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in art, design or creative-related major
• Animation and prototyping skills
• Experience with mobile/tech brands
