Job summary

A technology consultancy in Central Manchester is looking for an experienced Software Delivery Manager to lead Agile teams and shape product delivery. The role involves driving Agile best practices and measuring delivery performance using DORA metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital delivery within regulated industries and possess strong leadership skills. This hybrid position offers a salary of £80,000-£90,000 plus bonus and benefits, with flexibility to work two days on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple Agile teams or overseeing complex delivery initiatives.

• Hands-on experience using OKRs and DORA metrics.
