You will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively, managing both technical and customer engagement with an agile mindset. The ideal candidate has proven experience in agile environments, excellent technical literacy, and the ability to communicate complex details clearly. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working model, aimed at delivering quality solutions in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical implementations in product-led or engineering-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery practices, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• High level of technical literacy across architecture, integrations, APIs, environments, data, and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for customer implementations.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery ceremonies.
• Partner with developers, architects, and QA to shape implementation approaches.
• Act as the primary technical delivery interface for customers.
• Oversee configuration, integration, deployment, and UAT activities.
• Manage technical risks and release quality.
• Use metrics to ensure customer outcomes.
• Drive improvements across delivery practices.
